Business Development Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Follow sales account process via current CRM
– Develop positive relationships with clients
– Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
– Monitor sales conversion rate on CRM weekly
– Report to Business Development Manager
EDUCATION
– Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or relevant field.
EXPERIENCE
– 1 year/fresh/intern of experience in sales/business development;
– Have experience in the IT Development filed is a plus
SKILLS
– English skills: fluent
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
– Good in time management and planning and strategy skills
– Have knowledge or experience in CRM is a plus
– Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude;
