CykelKraft is a Swedish brick-and-mortar bike shop. The company was established in 1994 and become a popular and reliable bike shop.

 

The client desired to digitalize the existing offline business into an online store while adding all types of bikes and accessories.

 

Strategy

Regarding managing inventory and other business processes, the InApps team suggests clients with ERP integration with an online store. The client has tech knowledge but lacks online marketing, SEO, and e-commerce tactics. Therefore, InApps’ marketing proposes location-based SEO services and product-feed promotion.

 

Since the client relies heavily on the suppliers and InApps facilitated data fetching in a customized eCommerce store and suggested the concept of database synchronization.

 

Moreover, the platform is integrated with an advanced customized search filter that enables buyers to view products based on various parameters including age, height, gender, etc.

Objectives

The client’s initial objective is to leverage the potential of e-commerce for a traditional business like CykelKraft. They also expect to receive advice from experts in terms of selling and doing marketing online.

 

According to the client, CykelKraft.se will be an online platform that provides an end-to-end solution for purchasing bikes in Sweden. The offered products will be under two main categories: bikes and accessories.

 

Besides, CykelKraft wants to sell energy drinks for avid bikers across Sweden. An online insurance buying facility was also demanded by the client.

Results

After putting into operation, CykelCraft website received high daily traffic at about 10.000 visitors.

Moreover, the client’s website ranks in 1st position on the local Google SERP. After having the website,  CykelCraft recorded a threefold increase in sale revenue.
